早年為眷村，由於住戶均為聯勤第四十四兵工廠的廠工，因而得名「四四南村」。隨著社會變遷，眷村拆除改建成文教特區，並保留部份舊有的連棟式平房，讓人得以穿梭在小徑裡，遙想過去的眷村時光。
裡面部分房舍改建為信義公民會館，作為舉辦活動及展演的開放空間，以顯現眷村遺址；在「好，丘 good cho’s」進駐C棟後，帶來了在地商品展售、藝文展演、輕食飲料等元素，假日廣場還有小農市集、手作與二手主題Simple Market，讓人感受到豐富自在的生活氣息，特殊的場域與氛圍，吸引許多新人來此拍婚紗。圖文來自觀傳局
Early on, it was a military dependent village where all the residents were workers from the Logistics Command’s 44th Arsenal Factory, hence the name “44th South Village.” With the changes in society, the military dependent village was demolished and transformed into a cultural and educational district. Some of the original connected bungalows were preserved, allowing people to stroll through the pathways and reminisce about the past of the military dependent village.
Some of the houses were renovated into the Xin Yi Civic Hall, serving as an open space for activities and exhibitions to showcase the remnants of the military dependent village. After “好，丘 good cho’s” moved into Block C, it brought elements such as local product displays, art exhibitions, and light refreshments. The holiday square also features a small farmer’s market, a handmade and second-hand themed Simple Market, creating a sense of abundant and carefree living atmosphere. 早期は軍需工場の連勤第44兵器工場の労働者たちが住んでいたため、「四四南村」と名付けられた軍属村でした。社会の変化に伴い、この村は取り壊されて文化教育特区に改装されましたが、一部の伝統的な平屋建ての連棟住宅は残され、人々は小道を歩きながら過去の軍属村の時代を思い起こすことができます。
一部の建物は信義公民会館として改装され、イベントや展示会のためのオープンスペースとして使用され、軍属村の遺跡を示しています。また、「好，丘 good cho’s」がC棟に入居したことで、地元の商品展示、芸術文化の展示、軽食や飲み物などが提供され、週末には小規模な農産物市場や手作り品、リサイクル市場などが開催され、豊かで自由な生活の雰囲気を感じることができます。特別な場所と雰囲気は、多くの新郎新婦がここでウェディングフォトを撮影する魅力となっています。画像と文章は観光局から提供されました。
옛날에는 주택이었던 곳인데, 거주민들이 연진 44병공장의 공장 노동자들뿐이어서 “44남촌”이라는 이름을 얻었습니다. 사회 변화에 따라 주택은 철거되어 교육 문화 특구로 개발되었으며, 일부 연속된 평가주택은 보존되어 작은 길을 따라 걷며 옛날 주택촌의 시간을 상상할 수 있게 해줍니다.
일부 건물은 신의 시민 회관으로 개조되어 행사와 전시를 위한 개방된 공간으로 사용되며, 주택촌 유적을 보여줍니다. “좋아, 힐 Good Cho’s”가 C동에 입주하면서 현지 제품 판매, 예술 전시, 경미한 음식과 음료 등의 요소를 가져왔으며, 주말 광장에는 작은 농산물 시장, 수공예와 중고품을 다루는 Simple Market이 있어 풍부하고 자유로운 생활의 분위기를 느낄 수 있습니다. 특별한 장소와 분위기로 인해 많은 신혼부부들이 여기에서 웨딩 사진을 찍으러 오고 있습니다. 이미지 및 텍스트는 관전국으로부터 제공되었습니다.
